The Ace Specialty application, as a mobile intermediary, does not aggregate data across Systems of Care (SoCs). Data collected from individual SoCs (e.g., hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories) is stored and processed independently, and no data is combined or shared across these systems without explicit consent.

(e) Secondary Use of Data
The Ace Specialty application does not provide data to any external entity for secondary use unless explicit consent has been obtained from the user. If data is shared for secondary purposes (e.g., research, analytics), the following conditions apply:

· The purpose of data usage will be clearly communicated to the user.

· Explicit consent will be obtained through a clear and unambiguous opt-in mechanism.

· Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

By using Ace Specialty application, users acknowledge and agree to the above policies. For any data usage beyond the primary purpose of providing electronic Declaration 2 prescriptions, explicit consent will be requested and documented.
